ARU Corporate Governance Review

On Friday 27 April, the Australian Rugby Union board announced its intention to commission an independent Review into the corporate governance arrangements of Australian Rugby.

This is an historic opportunity to strengthen the future of Rugby for all our stakeholders, from the grassroots to the elite level. 

Australian Rugby Union has appointed the Hon Mark Arbib, former Minister for Sport, to undertake the Review.  The Terms of Reference that provide the framework for the review can be viewed by clicking here. 

As part of the Review, Mr Arbib will be meeting with principal stakeholders around the country and consulting widely within the Australian Rugby family. 
 

Interested stakeholders can make submissions to the Review via email at review a rugby.com.au or by writing to:

The final date for written submissions addressing the matters referred to in the Terms of Reference is 6 July 2012.
