una delle principali incombenze che federazione deve affrontare. i nostri sono
innanzitutto molto pochi e soprattutto i nuovi hanno dei margini di crescita
compressi dagli impegni. Ho seguito recentemente due partite con un ex arbitro,
soltanto spettatore, e francamente l'ho visto soffrire. Credo che se non
obbligano almeno le società di A e top ten a presentare un arbitro l'anno a
breve avremo più di qualche problema. dalla quantità può uscire la qualità.

penso proprio che i tempi siano maturi: d’ altra parte potresti impiegarlo
anche per attività tecnica (formazione arbitrale, corsi allenatori, supporto

potrebbe essere un costo spalmabile su diverse voci di spesa e quindi

almeno sino a quando ero nel settore arbitrale, l’ unico a libro paga del
settore (tra l’ altro part-time) si occupava di formazione (arbitri, assessor)
e non svolgeva più attività di campo.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
